Studies reveal the growing frequency of stroller-related injuries among young children. Research from the Center for Injury Research and Policy reported that from 1990 to 2010, over 360,000 children age five and under received emergency treatment for stroller injuries, with nearly 25% involving head trauma. Additional data from the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission showed that between 2008 and 2013, nearly 1,300 incidents were reported, including serious injuries, hospitalizations, and fatalities.
